ALJAWDAH water heaters Gives

ALJAWDAH offers a 5-year electric warranty on AOTC-branded electric water heaters, covering any internal sheath erosion based on the serial number and date of purchase.

✅ Warranty Coverage:

The factory is legally responsible for repairing or replacing defective parts only, as needed. ALJAWDAH is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage resulting from improper use of the unit.

📄 Warranty Conditions:

The warranty is valid only if the unit is used and maintained according to the official Operation and Maintenance Manual and the conditions below:

Proper Installation & Operation
- The water heater must be installed and operated by a qualified technician in accordance with the official manual.
- Misuse, incorrect voltage, or improper directional setup will void the warranty.
Serial Number & Warranty Card
- The original serial number must be intact and readable.
- The warranty card must be properly filled out, signed, and stamped by the authorized seller at the time of purchase.
Water Quality Requirements
- The use of high-salinity or untreated water can damage the unit.
- Any such damage resulting from poor water quality will not be covered unless the unit was treated as instructed in the manual.
Tampering or Unauthorized Repairs
- Any tampering, alteration, or unauthorized repair to the heater will void the warranty.

📄 Warranty Conditions:

This warranty does not cover:

Damages caused by mishandling, negligence, or external causes
Units installed without following the manufacturer’s instructions
Any heater sold or transferred without a valid, completed warranty card
